XingYi Quan

XingYi Quan's original name is XinYiLiuHe Quan which was created by Ji LongFeng lived in Pu Zhou, ShanXi Province around 1636. The famous master Dai LongBang's disciple Li LuoNeng became a famous master after ten years training and then absorbed the principles and philosophies from Taoism into his martial arts, Li changed the martial arts name to XingYi Quan which means imitating shapes, movements and intent among weapons and animals, then it started the new beginning. Li became no doubtable that he would always win fightings so he was called ShenQuan that means nobody could hit him down and had great fame across several provinces around HeBei Province which was the place of Li's hometown. Around 1912, XingYi Quan approached its day after spreading and researching by disciples who improved the principles of XingYi which is well enough to become one of famous Chinese martial arts (TaiJi, XingYi, BaGua, ShaoLin, EMei, NanQuan).
